I intend to start providing the John Muir Environmental Award for club members. Family groups can also complete the award. By starting now, it will be completed by October.
Many members have already indicated that they would like to start the Award. Well, what is it about and how do you get started? - register with me via rangerbobreid@gmail.com
What do I need to do after that and What is involved in completing the Award?
The Award has three parts and three sections.
The Head (Knowledge), The Hands (Doing something for Nature) and the Heart (Caring about Nature). It about discovering a new place.
What will I need to do? -Well you are already doing things, which will go towards the award, such as the Club’s Code of Conduct, understanding the importance of our Environmental and Carbon off Set Policies, also our “taking your Litter Home”
